Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn

Following an impressive career in law, Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn was appointed Managing Director of the Thailand Arbitration Center. He became Judge in 1992, serving until 1998. He later became Deputy Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Justice in 2014 and served as Director-General to the Office of Justice Affairs in 2015.
Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn holds Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honors) from Thammasart University, LL.M. from Harvard Law School, USA, Barrister-at-Law from New York State Bar Associate, USA, and LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania, USA. He holds a Certificate for Advance Management Program from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Mr. Pasit is lecturer and speaker in various Faculty of Laws in Thailand specializing on Bankruptcy and Business Law.
