Ms. Ng Kexian
International Affairs Division, Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore
Ms Ng Kexian is a State Counsel with the International Affairs Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore. She advises the Singapore Government on public international law issues including cybersecurity, mutual legal assistance, extradition, trade and investment. Prior to her current role, Kexian was a Senior Associate at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, where she practised international arbitration and commercial litigation. She has also undertaken legal roles in Myanmar and Cambodia. Kexian holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol, as well as an LLM from Columbia Law School where she graduated as a James Kent Scholar for outstanding academic achievement.
